I teach couples and families to communicate effectively by learning to negotiate and balance the wants and needs of everyone.

I believe therapy works best when there is collaboration between the therapist, individual, and their loved ones.

When everyone works together, positive relationships are built, and trust is restored.

Parenting support

Parenting at all stages comes with many challenges. Having support and encouragement is an essential element to being the best parent to your child. 

Developing ways to care for your own emotional wellness while raising a child can increase your overall health and happiness, as well as that of your child.   

With help you can learn how to better understand your child’s needs and strengthen the bond between you and your child.

Adolescent & young adult therapy

The adolescent and young adult years can sometimes be a struggle. Many times, adolescents need the support and guidance from someone other than their caregivers. 

My goal is to foster connection by offering unconditional, nonjudgmental support. Creating this safe space and building trust within the therapeutic relationship encourages young people to identify their strengths and challenges and learn healthier ways to cope with stress.
